Rusty Christmas Car

This Christmas Collection has three bundles, and I was able to play with the Urban Holiday Bundle. The bundle includes the super fun stamp set, Wrapped and Ready, the corresponding Wrapped and Ready Dies, Near or Far Sentiment Stamp Set, Decked Out Patterned Paper and the Wintergreen Sequin Mix.

My card today again features the fun car carrying a full load of presents from the Wrapped and Ready Stamp Set, this time colored up vintage style with rusty parts using colored pencils. I stamped in Sand Castle Ink onto Ultra Smooth White Cardstock, die cut with the Wrapped and Ready Dies and colored with Prismacolor Colored Pencils. The edges were inked with Sand Castle Ink to further enhance the vintage vibe.

I then cut strips of the Decked Out Patterned Paper pack and inked the edges with Sand Castle Ink and adhered them and the car to an Ultra Smooth White Cardstock which also had inked edges. I finished the card with a stamped sentiment from a previously released holiday set, Holiday Mix Stamp Set.

This Christmas Watercolored Car

The highly anticipated holiday collection, This Christmas Collection from Catherine Pooler Designs is almost here! Whether you'll be home or away, whether you'll be sending classy and elegant or modern and fun cards, or nostalgic or cute, the This Christmas Collection has got you covered! The release will be available today for Stamp Nation Members and tomorrow, September 15th at 9amEST for general ordering.

This Christmas Collection has three bundles, and I was able to play with the Urban Holiday Bundle. The bundle includes the super fun stamp set, Wrapped and Ready, the corresponding Wrapped and Ready Dies, Near or Far Sentiment Stamp Set, Decked Out Patterned Paper and the Wintergreen Sequin Mix.

Yesterday I showed a bright, bold card featuring the car from Wrapped and Ready and today I'm toning it down into a soft and sweet greeting. I stamped the car, tree and stack of presents in Twilight Ink onto watercolor paper, then watercolored with various Catherine Pooler Ink. 

The images were adhered to an Ultra Smooth White Cardstock ink blended in Lemongrass and Limoncello Inks. I splattered the background and images with white paint. The sentiment was stamped in Twilight ink from the previously released Holiday Mix Sentiment Stamp Set.

The first project I'm showcasing for This Christmas Collection features the fun car carrying a full load of presents from the Wrapped and Ready Stamp Set, stamped in Midnight Ink onto Ultra Smooth White Cardstock, die cut with the Wrapped and Ready Dies and colored with Catherine's collection of Copic Markers she's now carrying!

The car was adhered with dimensional adhesive onto an Ultra Smooth White Cardstock base covered with pattern paper from the cute Decked Out Patterned Paper pack. I finished the card with a stamped sentiment from the Near or Far Sentiment Stamp Set.
