Dragonfly Tag

The Just a Note collection from Catherine Pooler Designs is available today at noon ESTis showcasing for StampNation members, a perk for being a member! The release is available to the to the general public tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec 8th at 9am EST.

I'm once again showcasing items from the Dragonfly Bundle, a beautiful bundle with a stencil, and stamp and coordinating die set.

I started this tag with an Ultra Smooth White Cardstock Base cut from the Scallop & Dots Dies. I inked the tag in Limencello and Catching Rays over the Scribbled Circle Stencil. I shifted the stencil between the inkings for a fun pattern. I stamped the sentiment frin Handwritten Thank You Sentiments Stamp Set in Midnight Ink, and then added a tag holder die cut from the Tags, Etc. dies and a tie made from Midnight Twine.

The tag was finished with a stamped and die cut dragonfly from the Flight of the Dragonfly Stamp Set and corresponding Flight of the Dragonfly Dies in Midnight Ink. I colored in the dragonfly with Copic Markers and then added my own doodling.

Dreamy Dragonflies

The new release from Catherine Pooler Designs is fast approaching! Just a Note is a love related collection is perfect for Valentine's Day and showing your love and thanks! Early ordering for StampNation members is on tomorrow, Dec 7th at noon EST and ordering to the general public goes live on Wednesday, Dec 8th at 9am EST.

This dream card was created with items from the Dragonfly Bundle, as well as the add-on Notecard Bubble Frame Dies. Onto an Ultra Smooth White Cardstock, I stamped a dragonfly from the Flight of the Dragonfly Stamp Set and embossed them in glittered embossing powder. I colored each of the wings with a smidge of Twilight and Cummerbund inks. I added a sentiment from the Handwritten Thank You Sentiments.

To finish the card, I bordered the dragonflies with a custom border made from the Notecard Bubble Frame Dies that had been coated with the Cummerbund by Wow Embossing Glitter.

This sweet little card was created with items from the Dragonfly Bundle. Using a notecard size base made from Ultra Smooth White Cardstock, I covered the edges with the direct ink to paper technique in Sugared Lavender, and added a few fun dots in Juniper Mist from the Flight of the Dragonfly Stamp Set .Then I die cut a frame from the new Notecard Bubble Frame Dies and covered it with Seafoam. I stamped a sentiment from Handwritten Thank You Sentiments in Juniper Mist and finished the card with a stamped dragonfly in Skylight Ink with Flight of the Dragonfly and die cut with Flight of the Dragonfly Dies. I added a custom envelope made from the Notecard Envelope Dies and Prickly Patterned Paper Pack.
