Sneaking in under the wire for the latest A Blog Named Hero Challenge: Florals with Winnie & Walter.
I tried a technique that I've never tried before, I can't quite recall what it is called? I started with a watercolor panel painted with some blues and purples, and then stamped the large hydrangea from Winnie & Walter's In Bloom- Annie's Garden Stamp Set, then die cut Hero Art's Fancy Thank You Die from the panel. I also die cut it from some fun foam. I then adhered the panel to a white card base, then fun foam to that, and then the die cut over the fun foam. Happy Fri-yay everyone!
What a lovely and delicate background Karen! I like the dimension on your layered sentiment. This is a fabulous card!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful...LOVE the colors.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous colors! Love the subtle yet prominent (is that possible?!?) look of the raised sentiment. I popped over here from the Concord & 9th Challenge site and enjoyed looking at all your cards. I'm impressed with your graphic design on the different sites too!
