Welcome back to the second day Blog Hop for Kind of Batty- the newest, awesome release from Catherine Pooler Designs! This collection features stamps, coordinating dies, stand-alone dies and two new ink colors. It is a delightful mix of Halloween, Autumn and every day.
I've got a few projects to showcase today for the first day of the blog hop-although all items are now available!
I went vintage for my first card today. As in yesterday's card, I stamped the Angled Squares Background Stamp with Sand Castle Ink onto some cream cardstock, and added some splatters in the Sand Castle Ink. I then created some roses from the beautiful Rose Garden Stamp Set and Rose Garden Dies. I only stamped the last two layers of the the roses. The combination of inks I used It's a Girl and Peppermint Scrub. For the leaves I used and Green Tea and Eucalyptus. I used the single, last layer of the Three of a Kind Dies for a statement sentiment and finished off the sentiment from stamps from the Kind of Wonderful Stamp Set.
My next card features the show-stopping Spiderweb Background Stamp that pairs so perfectly with the Going Batty Background Stamp and Who's There Coverplate Die! I did some simple stamping using the Going Batty Background Stamp with the new Twilight Ink and over that I stamped the Spiderweb Background Stamp with Black Jack Ink all on onto Mirror Cardstock. I then ran the card front panel through my die cutting machine with the Who's There Coverplate Die and backed the panel with different, fun colored cardstock panels and covered the eyes with glossy accents and Nuvo Drops. I finished with a sentiment from Spooky Hollow Stamps with Midnight Ink.

My last project features a Halloween tag that I stamped the Going Batty Background Stamp in Twilight Ink and then the Grunge Background Stamp (available from the Tropically Yours Stamp of Approval Collection) in Sweet Sixteen Ink. The tag was made from the Tags, Etc. Dies. I added detail images from the Spooky Hollow Stamps and Spooky Hollow Dies.
