The MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #523 reminded me so much of a comic book page layout, so I took inspiration from those kind of graphics and colors as well for my card tonight.
I stamped, cut and Copic colored four dogs from the retired MFT Puppy Kisses Stamp Set. I then die cut two sizes of rectangles and squares, coloring each with a bright light blue marker. Each also received some grass, die cut from the Grassy Hill Die-Namics and colored with Copics as well. The rectangles also received a fence cut from the retired Frightful Fence Die-Namics. A dog was tucked behind the fence or in front of the grass.
I finished the card with a sentiment stamped from the also retired Woodland Friends Stamp Set from MFT and die cut from the Skinny Strips Die-Namics from red cardstock. I thought this was a fun, bold take on the sketch. I love looking at the gallery, there are so many fabulous, soft, ink blended shapes to match the sketch challenge!
Awww, this is so cute!
