Catherine Pooler Designs:: For Your Crew Release

Have you caught the lives or replays on Catherine Pooler's You Tube or Facebook these past couple of days? She has showcased items from Catherine Pooler Designs newest collection, For Your Crew! This collection is about friendship! We all have friends from different segments and times of our lives- the ones who make you laugh the most, the ones from school and college days, the ones who make you feel fancy- whoever they may be, this collection has a little something for anyone in your crew! The collection will be available Wednesday, February 10th at 9am EST (early ordering tomorrow for StampNation Members-Tuesday the 9th at noon!)

This fun, bright, cheery card I'm featuring today features the Party Crew Bundle! I was drawn to this bundle for the super cute critters, the background stamp, the fun coordinating cover plate and the fact that there is awesome sentiments!

I started with a white Ultra Smooth White Cardstock cardbase and a panel as well. Onto the panel I white heat embossed the Chatterbox Background Stamp onto the panel and then ink blended with the following colors: Samba, Orange Twist and Catching Rays. I adhered the panel with two border strips stamped with the Painted Stripes Background Stamp and All that Jazz ink.

I finished the card with a stamped speech bubble from the Critter Crew Stamp Set, die cut with the Critter Crew Die Set. To embellish the cute speech bubble, I die cut hearts from the Hearts-N-Tags Die Set, and used the direct ink to paper technique to color them.
