Critter Crew!

Have you caught the lives or replays on Catherine Pooler's You Tube or Facebook these past couple of days? She has showcased items from Catherine Pooler Designs newest collection, For Your Crew! This collection is about friendship! We all have friends from different segments and times of our lives- the ones who make you laugh the most, the ones from school and college days, the ones who make you feel fancy- whoever they may be, this collection has a little something for anyone in your crew! The collection will be available tomorrow, February 10th at 9am EST (early ordering today for StampNation Members at noon!)

How precious and fun are these critters from the Party Crew Bundle?! I was drawn to this bundle for the super cute critters, the background stamp, the fun coordinating cover plate and the fact that there is awesome sentiments!

The Four Window Cover Plate Die was designed to coordinate with the 

Critter Crew Stamp Set, die cut with the Critter Crew Die Set, but this cover plate is going to be amazing for many different stamp sets to create an easy, interactive card!

I started with a white Ultra Smooth White Cardstock cardbase and then in the general areas of each window, I did direct ink to paper with Lime Ricky, All that Jazz, Catching Rays and In the Park inks. I then splattered some water droplets. I colored a black border around the card base as well. I stamped, watercolored (with CP inks!) and die cut the critters from Critter Crew Stamp Set, die cut with the Critter Crew Die Set and adhered them on to the card base as well, so that they'd be peeking out of the windows. Finally, I die cut another panel of Ultra Smooth White Cardstock from the  Four Window Cover Plate Die, trimmed to create a border and then mounted it onto the card panel. and a panel as well. I finished the card with a sentiment from the Critter Crew Stamp Set.

So cute, right??
