You've Been Around a Long Time!

The Make a Wish Release from Catherine Pooler Designs is almost here! Be ready for tomorrow! The Make a Wish Release has some modern and trendy pieces for loads of fun. It also includes the second four Beach Retreat Inks in Sparkling Berry, Merlot, Clay Mask, and Serene! will be available tomorrow, July 14th for general release and today, July 13th for Stamp Nation Members!

I made an extra long dachschund to go along with the snarky sentiment on my card today! I used all items from the Doxie Party Bundle from the Make a Wish Release as well as an Ultra Smooth White Cardstock. I stamped the large Happy and scripty birthday from Big Happy Sentiments Stamp Set in Serene ink.

I then used one of the die cuts from the Doxie Birthday Party Dies and brushed on some Over Coffee Ink to give it a bit of color. I added a nose and eye with black pen, and a stamped and die cut sweater from the Doxie Birthday Party Stamp Set and Doxie Birthday Party Dies. Isn't he just too cute? To make the dog extra long I did some selective die cutting and covered up the two parts with the sweater piece. I added a stamped and die cut birthday hat and finished with the fun sentiment on the bottom that was stamped in Merlot.
