Catherine Pooler Designs:: Winter Blessings

Catherine Pooler Designs is showcasing items from their next release, Winter Wonders! This winter related collection is all about the wonders of Winter-snowflakes, peaceful owls and evergreens perfect for scene building! Early ordering is available for StampNation members on Tuesday, Nov 9th at noon EST and ordering to the general public goes live on Wednesday, Nov 10th at 9am EST.

Today I'm showcasing Winter Blessings, beautiful stamp set available in the Evergreen Woods Bundle. Can we pause for a moment to drool over the font of the lovely sentiments in this set? Swoon-worthy for sure!

I wanted to showcase the beautiful fonts so I went pretty simple with my design. I ink blended a few strips of paper with the following inks: Be Mine, Tiki Torch, Limoncello, Mardi Gras, Fiesta Blue and Flirty Fuchsia. Then I stamped the snowflakes from Winter Blessings in the corresponding ink to each panel and splattered white paint to mimic snow. I then adhered the panels to a white card base and then stamped the sentiment from Winter Blessings in Midnight.

For a final touch, I stamped the smallest snowflake from the set in Midnight onto each of the colored panels.

I'm quite pleased with the end result of this card...a bit whimsical, peaceful and fun!
