Copper Evergreens and Pink Skies

So exciting! Today is the release day for Catherine Pooler Designs next release, Winter Wonders! This winter related collection is all about the wonders of Winter-snowflakes, peaceful owls and evergreens perfect for scene building! 

Today I'm showcasing Evergreen Woods, a beautiful stamp set available in the Evergreen Woods Bundle. This set is a must have for scene building and/or creating an impact on a card with just a few impressions.

I couldn't resist creating another card featuring a sky with these woods. I started by covering a card panel with Pink Champagne and Rose Petals, using blending brushes and foam. I then splattered some water to mimic snow. My next step was stamping the evergreens, first in Sage, then in Spruce and the final layer I heat embossed in Copper. I die cut them with the corresponding die cut and added them in layers to the card. I finished the card by heat embossing in Copper a sentiment from the Winter Blessings Stamp Set.

I love the end result of this card. Unique color combinations, a bit of regency and quite simple to put together!

Winter Wonders has me really excited to experiment and create cards for all occasions. I can't wait to see what you do with the collection!
