Flight of the Dragonfly

All this week Catherine Pooler Designs is showcasing items from their next release, Just a Note. This love related collection is perfect for Valentine's Day and showing your love and thanks! I am so grateful to be able to work with items from the Dragonfly Bundle. It is a truly fitting set for me. The dragonfly images are awesome-artistic, whimsical, perfect for coloring and many, many techniques.

I created this super simple shaker card by using the Flight of the Dragonfly Dies-I didn't trim the dies but just ran them through a covered panel in ink blended Skylight Ink. I then used the panel as a guide to stamp the dragonflies from the Flight of the Dragonfly Stamp Set on an Ultra Smooth White Cardstock base in Uptown Ink. I then stamped the amazing sentiment from the Flight of the Dragonfly Stamp Set.

I then created the shaker by backing the Skylight  with acetate, added sequins from the Wintergreen Sequin Mix and then adhered the panel to the base with dimensional adhesive.
