Savor This Special Moment

With my eldest son heading off soon after graduation, I'm learning more and more to savor the special moments. Today's card features Catherine Pooler Designs newest release, At Home, and I think it will be a great card to have on hand for many occasions!

As usual, I started with an Ultra Smooth White Cardstock base, onto which I stamped the large "moments" stamp from Moments in Time Sentiments - selectively not stamping the letter s. (This sentiment set also has corresponding dies.) I then stamped and die cut the main images from Natural Flourishes Stamp Set with the corresponding dies. I covered the images with Date Night Mini Inks. Each image was then brushed with some opalescent paint.

Next, I arranged the leaves above a stamped, white heat embossed sentiment strip (sentiment from the Moments in Time Sentiments). I finished the card with some black enamel dots and paint splatters.
