Catherine Pooler Designs:: Adoring You Stamp of Approval Collection

You are in for quite a treat, as the newest Catherine Pooler Designs called Stamp of Approval has arrived! Past releases have been spectacular and this one is just as spectacular!

Let me help introduce the Stamp of Approval Adoring You Collection! The Stamp of Approval Adoring You is an exclusive collection. The products were designed exclusively for this box, are brand new and won't be available separately for a number of months.

This happy box is jam packed full of items that are perfect for Valentine's Day, but as my products showcase today, perfect for any time of the year. I really love how all the items and add-on of the COLLECTION work so well together.

For my first project, I started with a panel made from Catherine Pooler's Ultra Smooth White Cardstock. Using some soft brushes, I created a serene background with the following inks: Seafoam and Skylight, and then stamped the Love Notes Background Stamp in Skylight. On top of that, I added some more texture with leaves from the Sweet Home Wreath Stamp Set. Then, I stamped a two part sentiment, using stamps from Congratulations Sentiments and The Key Stamp Sets(affiliate links used)

I finished the card with some stamped and cut keys from The Key Stamp Set and corresponding add-on The Key Dies Set from Sand Dunes Cardstock.  The keys are hung from the panel with black string and the panel was mounted onto a Sand Dunes Cardstock card.

I have another card featuring the new items from the new collection!

This card is has a romantic vibe to it. I once again started with Catherine Pooler Ultra Smooth White Cardstock as a base and inked the Love Notes Background Stamp in It's a Boy Ink and then used a soft brush to ink up the edges. I then used the cool Adore Die to die cut a "window" from Ultra Smooth White Cardstock and set this aside. I created a little scene of birds on a branch using the Happy Together Stamps and corresponding add-on Happy Together Dies. (Inks used: Bellini, Coral Cabana, Icing on the Cake, Lime Ricky, Garden PartyIt's a Girl and Party Dress).

I layered the window die over the bird scene and then I finished by creating a custom banner covering some Ultra Smooth White Cardstock with Lime Ricky and stamping a sentiment from Congratulations Sentiments with  Garden Party.

One last card for today...for this Congratulations card I started with a square card base made from Catherine Pooler Ultra Smooth White Cardstock and then onto it I stamped the beautiful Love Notes Background Stamp in Twilight Ink. On the middle of the card, I stamped the sentiment from Congratulations Sentiments, also in Twilight Ink. To create interest, I created four panels by die cutting the add-on Backsplash Dies from Smoke Cardstock. I backed each panel with the amazing Vellum Cardsock.

Before adhering each backsplash die, I colored the vellum backs with Copic Markers for a stainglass look.

Catherine Pooler Designs & WOW Embossing Blog Hop

What a fun adventure it is to team up amazing Wow embossing powders with amazing
Catherine Pooler Designs products!

I absolutely love that WOW offers some masculine, earth-toned powders in their line, and Catherine Pooler has some great sets that can be used for guys as well.

I paired a stamp from the Everyday Mod Stamp Set (affiliate links used) with Blueberry, Olive, Honey and Paprika and then a sentiment from Happiness Enclosed that was embossed with Platinum. Love this color combination for masculine cards!

I also used the same set of colors for a slightly more feminine card. This time I embossed a series of floral images from The World Awaits Stamp Set with Platinum WOW Embossing Powder.
I colored the backround with sponged ink from the Spa Collection. I then created a die cut word from the Wonderful Word Die, making it 3D by layering and heating the Paprika Embossing Powder.

This hop is fantastic! Check out all the participants below:

No blog hop is complete without some prizes. Are you ready for some awesome giveaways?

I really love how all the items and add-ons of the collection work so well together. New for this Stamp of Approval, you can choose the Coffee Lovers Collection, Tea Lovers Collection, or both!

For my first project, I started with a panel of Catherine Pooler's Ultra Smooth White Cardstock, inked the Scattered Circles Stencil with embossing ink and heat embossed in white. This was mounted to a blue card stock base. (affiliate links used) Then I die cut coffee mugs and inked them up with It's A Boy Ink. One was inked on the right side of the cut, the other on the wrong side, forming mirror image mugs! I added some detail to the mugs with the Perfect Blend Stamp Set and Nuvo Drops. I die cut a sentiment from the Sweet Die in Black Cardstock and a stamped sentiment from the WooHoo Stamp Set. I finished by adding a tiny heart stamped in Party Dress and a few pink details by the sentiment.

I have another fun card featuring the new items from the new collection-this time focusing on the celebration aspect of the collection! I started with a square card base and panel using Catherine Pooler Ultra Smooth White Cardstock. I matted the white panel with Black Cardstock. Onto the panel, I stamped a series of confetti from the Woo-Hoo Stamp Set in Flirty Fuschia, Bellini, Midnight, Tiki Torch and Tiara Ink. I added a die cut sentiment cut from Black Cardstock and the new Hooray Die and a stamped sentiment from the Woo-Hoo Stamp Set.

I finished the card by stamping the cute party hats in the Woo-Hoo Stamp Set, and die cutting them in the coordinating Woo-Hoo Dies. So, there is also a new ink color debuting in this collection, and I'll have a card on Tuesday featuring it, I can't wait for you to see it!

Let me help introduce the Stamp of Approval Love is in the Air Collection! The Stamp of Approval Love is in the Air is an exclusive collection.

For my first project, I started with a smooth, white card base made from Catherine Pooler's Ultra Smooth White Cardstock. I then stamped the airmail stripe from Happiness Enclosed on the left hand side and used a marker to border it. I then die cut some clouds from the an add-on, Love is in the Air Die, out of a blue cardstock panel die cut from the Postage Stamp Die. I added a bit of baubles to the clouds from The World Awaits Stamp Set, and stamped a balloon from Love is in the Air Stamp Set using the rock n' roll technique with It's a Girl Ink (and a surprise color) and die cut this from Love is in the Air Dies. I finished the card by stamping the compass from the Bon Voyage Stamp Set in Sauna Ink and a sentiment from Bon Voyage in Black Jack Ink(affiliate links used)

I have another card featuring the new items from the new collection!

My next card is as clean and simple and sweet as can be. Once again, I started with the awesome Catherine Pooler Ultra Smooth White Cardstock as a base. I used Clarity Brushes to blend in a sky with It's a Boy Ink, and then lightly splattered some droplets over it. I added some white cardstock clouds with the add-on dies, Love is in the Air Dies, and then a partial sun die cut from the Sunburst Die. I also inked this up with Clarity Brushes and Tiara Ink. I die cut two hearts from the add-on Bon Voyage Accoutrements Dies. I finished with a custom sentiment found with words in the Happiness Enclosed Stamp Set, stamped with Black Jack Ink.
