What a better way to spend a summer day than sipping sweet lemonade with your friends? May Arts has teamed up with Lawn Fawn for a week full of sweet summer inspiration. I always love the whimsical designs of Lawn Fawn, and there are many ribbon options available at May Arts to compliment their stamps and paper. Today, I created a little place setting using supplies from the two companies to show you.
I wanted the tag to be a gift for the guests as well, so it was adhered to a piece of 2.5" May Arts Wired Burlap Ribbon in Natural (398-25-11) using a button and some Natural May Arts Paper Raffia (JP02). I tucked in some Faux Suede Green Leaves (XL16) (my favorite May Arts product this season!) and a small length of the Faux Suede Ruffled Edge Ribbon in Green (NV46) to compliment the leaves both in color and texture.
For a finishing touch, as well as to direct my guests as to their spot on the picnic table, I created a little name banner wrapped around a toothpick. This I tucked into the burlap.
As always with these May Arts Hops, there are prizes up for grabs! There are two prizes, each with the same (three May Arts Ribbon spools of your choice, and one Lawn Fawn stamp and die set!). The first giveaway is Monday -Friday and the second Friday-Monday.
Here's the May Arts Hop Order, stop by the May Arts Blog or Lawn Fawn's Blog for more details!
