Happy Birthday Erin




Hello, hello! Today is a great day, today is Erin's Birthday! Jen and I are celebrating our good friend's day with a card share. We are both participating in the Lawnscaping Challenge and using May Arts Ribbon.



Do you know Erin? She's a great gal, a very talented crafter and has one of the most kindest hearts ever. She's been there for me through some rough times, and I will always appreciate that. I've never met Erin in person, but some day I hope to.


I followed the sketch pretty closely. I inked the edges of my card base and then layered Faux Suede Ruffled Edge in Green (NV46) over Faux Wired Burlap in Natural (445-15-32) and secured with a staple. Then I added the layers in the sketch, with my focal point the cute raccoon on a stump from Lawn Fawn's Critters in the Forest and finished with a patterned paper banner from Bannerific and sentiment from Sophie's Sentiments.
