A Peeking Pet in the Corner

My sister is a veterinarian so I often like making cards featuring her type of patients on cards for her to give out. When I saw the Peeking Pets Stamp Set I knew I had to have it so I could beef up her stash of cards! The mix of dog and cats stamps, along with the many fun accessories for them to wear is absolutely perfect and so much fun!

This clean and simple card started out with a card base made from Ultra Smooth White Cardstock,of course. I lightly brushed on some Polished Ink near the left center, and then stamped and die cut the cute westie dog stamp from Peeking Pets in Black Jack ink and die cut with the coordinating dies. Instead of having him peek up from a line, I angled him and poppped him up from the side of the card and two trimmed pieces in various widths of the 

 Hipster Patterned Paper Pack. I love how this gives the dog a different look!

I adorned the dog with a copic colored birthday hat from the Peeking Pets and coordinating dies, as well as some confetti from the WooHoo Stamp Set.  

I finished the card with a fun, script sentiment from Happy Birthday Many Ways, as well as adding some black details on the eyes and nose with a black pen.
