Three Toned Tree

The unbelievably awesome Jolly Holiday Collection was released yesterday from Catherine Pooler Designs! This holiday collection is so fun, it is a whimsical celebration of classic Christmas icons...there are images of elves and candy (clearly what the North Pole is made of), whooville trees and stockings and all the stuffers. As always, there are a few bundles to choose from too. 

The card I am showcasing today features the super fun Jolly Trees Stamp Set and Jolly Trees Dies, along with the Dotted Zig Zag Cover Plate Die.

I started with a nice, smooth cardstock panel made with Ultra Smooth White Cardstock and then die cut a panel from the Dotted Zig Zag Cover Plate Die, trimming it down a bit so as to have a white border. I ink blended It's a Boy and Suede Shoes to the super fun panel before adhering to the card base. 

I die cut one of the trees and a star from Jolly Trees Dies, along with the Merry Christmas Word Die from Ultra Smooth White Cardstock.  I used Spruce, Deck the Halls and Sage ink o ink up the tree and Sauna for the star. These all were applied to the card, and for a final touch, I added a few sequins from the new North Pole Sequin Mix to finish the card.
