UmWow

UmWow. Seriously, wow. I had the delightful opportunity to work with these cool chipboard embellishment shapes available by UmWow, created by DeeDee, a fellow May Arts Ribbonista.

There is are a few Ribbonistas joining me today over on the May Arts Blog where we are showcasing the mix of UmWow Chipboard and May Arts Ribbon. There is a prize involved too,an assortment of UmWow embellishments and two spools of May Arts Ribbon. all you need to do is take a peek at the participating blogs and leave a comment at the UmWow Blog!

I created a little something for one of the gals at work. I took a small tin bucket (that was only $.25 as an after holiday clearance item!) and added some flower foam on the bottom.  I then looped some green faux linen and adhered with stick pins to the foam, to provide a fun, grass base for my gardening items-gloves and seed packets that were tied together with natural burlap string. I then added some of the amazing UmWow flower chipboard items from the floral set to further my theme and add some height to the pail. Love that these chipboard pieces are sturdy enough to stand tall!

Finally, I tied an UmWow butterfly from the layered butterflies with burlap string to the pail's handle for a cute finishing touch. I'm really excited how this turned out, and I think the gal will really enjoy it!

I hope you enjoy seeing all the projects featuring UmWow and May Arts Ribbon. Remember to comment here for your chance to win the prize package.
