Whiskers on Kittens

I'm hosting a sketch challenge over at StampNation!

This sketch is all about focusing on the fun sentiments in our stash, mixing and matching fonts and having fun!

The sketch is a simple one, so I decided to do some color blocking for maximum effect. My card started with a base of Ultra Smooth White Cardstock, then I added some blocks of color with solid colored cardstock in complementary colors. I stamped a sentiment from the One Liners Sentiment Stamp Set and die cut from Instant Thanks Die to create the full sentiment.

I added just a bit extra to the card by stamping a kitty from the Peeking Pets Stamp Set and die cut it from the coordinating Peeking Pets Die Set and finished the card with some whiskers made from Midnight Twine. Oh, and the eyes were colored using a blender pen and Lime Rickey Ink.

If you are a StampNation I hope you have the opportunity to play along!
