Luxe Poppies

All the newest inks to complete the Luxe Collection from Catherine Pooler Designs  were revealed this past week. They will be available Tuesday, October 12th for StampNation members and general release on Wednesday, October 13th. The entire Luxe Collection has eight total inks.

I chose to feature the softer side of most inks from the Luxe Collection. I started my card with an Ultra Smooth White Cardstock base, a frame from Notecard Layers Dies and then a splattered panel made with Uptown ink. I then stamped in Midnight Ink the poppies from Grace in Bloom and then "colored" them by splattering the following inks: Cranberry Fizz, Flame and Glitz, and the leaves/stems with Deck the Halls and Martini. I did add a light brush of copic markers to provide a solid color background. The poppies were fussy cut, adhered to the framed spattered panel and then onto the card base. I finished the card with a stamped sentiment from Faithful Flutterings.

The colors from Luxe Collection are rich and saturated and fit in with all the other colors so well!
