Catherine Pooler Designs is showcasing items from their next collection, At Home. Patterns in design and organic plant shapes meet a mix of retro and CP whimsy in the stamps and dies in this collection. Charming clocks to curious kitties, this collection has it all! This collection is available to StampNation members on Tuesday, February 8th at noon EST and ordering to the general public goes live on Wednesday, February 9th at 9am EST.
One of my favorite sets from this release is the Bold Bits & Patterns Stamp Set. This set is part of the Natural Flourishes Bundle, which packs a punch with another set, Natural Flourishes Stamp Set and the corresponding dies. There are so many creative things you can create with these stamps! My first go was to create some tulips. I stamped the petals with the same pattern stamp, the middle in a more muted ink, the outside petals in the Date Night Mini Inks. I then used a few other stamps to create leaves and stamps.
I added some hand-drawn doodles to further solidify the look of tulips. These were mounted to a panel die cut with the previously released Notecard Bubble Frame Dies. The panel was mounted to an Ultra Smooth White Cardstock base that had been covered with a pattern that was stamped with yet another pattern from the Bold Bits & Patterns Stamp Set! I finished the card with a sentiment from the Natural Flourishes Stamp Set.
