The October 2018 Where Creativity Meets C9 Challenge #26: Layers is here and we would like for you to be inspired by anything layers! You can paper layer, die layer, stamp layer, etc., that featuring amazing stamps and dies from Concord & 9th ! We can't wait to see how you were inspired, as this challenge is dedicated to the innovative stamp company and their products!
I don't often use layers of paper, so I stuck with the play on words, and created a layered/tiered cake!
I started my card by stamping the layers of cake from Top it Off (affiliate links used) in various colors of distress inks onto a pale yellow card panel. I distressed the ink with water and additional ink splatters. I then added the super cute topper and banner and finished the card with a stamped sentiment, also from Top it Off. This time, I even stamped on the inside of the card, the sentiment was too fun to pass up!
