Lil' Inker Designs:: June 2019 Release:: Day 2

Today marks the second of three days of the Lil' Inker Designs June 2019 Release Showcase... I hope you are enjoying the cute critters and tea lover's galore that Lil' Inker Designs has featured with this releaseIf you are following the hop, you should have arrived from the ever so talented Heather Hoffman's Blog! (Visit the Lil' Inker Design's Blog for the full link up.)

I'm starting off today with two cards featuring the Time for Tea Stamps and coordinating Time for Tea Dies. For the above card, I used a kraft card base and stamped one of the many Rae Dunn inspired fonts onto it. I also added a sentiment from Hand Drawn Thankfulness. The star of the card is the striking tea cup and matching saucer! Love how realistic you can make the tea cup look!

I brought back dainty with this card, featuring the Time for Tea Stamps and coordinating Time for Tea Dies, nested on the Quilted Stitched Stepping Stones Cover Up Die. I love these cover up dies, and how easy they are to use but how they add such a punch! Once again I was able to customize the tea cup with the Time for Tea Stamps.

Lil' Inker Designs:: June 2019 Release:: Day 1

Today is the first of three days of the Lil' Inker Designs June 2019 Release Showcase... Once again, we have a fabulous hop for you featuring new stamps and dies. This release from Lil' Inker Designs has cute critters and an awesome tea set! If you are following the hop, you should have arrived from the ever so talented Heather Hoffman's Blog! (Visit the Lil' Inker Design's Blog for the full link up.)

My first project features the super cute Cake Party Stamps and Cake Party Dies. I created a little party by stamping the critters from Cake Party and coloring them with pastel shades. I arranged them around the large, die cut sentiment, Happy Birthday To You Word Die.

This next card features just one of the cute critters from Cake Party, along with the new Hand Drawn Thankfulness Stamp Set. I love that this stamp set has large enough stamp sets to carry a card! I started with a ink blended pink background, it reminded me of a fuzzy blanket.

I stamped the sentiment and added a few marker details, and then finished the card with the cute bear from Cake Party.

Bright Love

Going out of my comfort zone with a bright, vibrant card, one that I ended up just adoring! I used items from one of Catherine Pooler Design's newest collectionWhimsy Bundle. This card came together surprisingly quick and easy too!

I started with a card base from Ultra Smooth White Cardstock(affiliate links used) which is the perfect cardstock for bases. I then used a combination of Melon Ice and Lime Ricky Ink over the Flourish & Whimsy Stencil I then added some other bright details to the leaves with the accent stamps from the Whimsical Blooms Stamp Set in Party DressMandarin OrangeAll that Jazz and Midnight Inks.

Then to finish the card I added a die cut panel from the Whimsical Blooms Patterned Paper using the Fitted Frames Dies. I then grabbed a previously released stamp and die set, Happy Together.

Catherine Poole Designs Hello Sunshine Release

Are you ready for Catherine Pooler Designs newest release, Hello Sunshine? It's available today! There are so many awesome products for spring and summer released this go round, I have a feeling that you will love them all like I do! I am showcasing the beautiful and fun Whimsy Bundle.

I'm starting off with my favorite card made from some of the many products in this release. My card base is the made from the awesome Ultra Smooth White Cardstock, which is the perfect cardstock for bases as well as die cuts, coloring, well, pretty much anything! I softly blended some Daydream Ink and then added some splatters in the same color. On top of this, I die cut the Whimsical Blooms Stamp Set with the Whimsical Blooms Dies and used Black Jack Ink and Sauna Ink.

I finished this card with a few sequins from the new Phoenix Sequins Mix, as well as a die cut layered sentiment using a pattern from the new Whimsical Blooms 6x6 Paper Pack and Smoke Cardstock, as well as the previously released Wonderful Die.

My second card also features the Whimsical Blooms Stamp Set, but in an out of the box way! I stamped two of the blooms in It's a Girl and Party Dress Inks onto Ultra Smooth White Cardstock, and added some doodles to resemble ballerina poses.

I framed the ballerinas with a soft inking of Juniper Ink over the Flourish & Whimsy Stencil, and added a sentiment from A Note of Thanks Stamp Set in Black Jack Ink.

My final card today features some fun and cute items from the Whimsy Bundle! Once again, I started with a cardbase made from Ultra Smooth White Cardstock. I die cut a shape using the second largest die from the Fitted Frames Dies from a cherry pattern from the Whimsical Blooms 6x6 Paper Pack. I then doodled some scallops with a black marker.

On the interior of the frame, I added a die cut sentiment from the Thanks Die, and embellished with some Ebony Black Crystal Drops by Nuvo and a cherry stamped with the Whimsical Blooms Stamp Set and die cut with the Whimsical Blooms Dies.

Please be sure to hop and comment, as there are prizes! One winner will be chosen to receive a $25 gift certificate to the Catherine Pooler Store! Winners will be announced on Catherine's blog on Monday, July 1st.

Add a Little Sparkle

Change can be difficult, but I've learned personally that change can also be beautiful.
I just adore the new stamp set, Spread Your Wings, from Lil' Inker Designs, (affiliate links used) because of the beautiful butterfly images and even more beautiful, encouraging sentiments in the set.

This card came together quickly. I first stamped and embossed with Wow Black Twinkle Embossing Glitter and Versafine Onyx Black Ink. I then colored in the sky using blue ink and a blending brush, and then added color to the butterflies with Ziggies.

I then added a sentiment from Spread Your Wings and rounded the corners.
