LID:: April Release Day 3

Welcome to the last day of the Lil' Inker Designs April Release! Today we are showcasing even more projects for you. Haven't the projects from all the design team members just been amazing? We are continuing with our hop today, you should have arrived from Jen's Blog!

 I saved my favorite project for last, and it features once again, the Frames & Flowers Die Set! This time I used the inside/negative panel to stamp my fun sentiment from the new release, You're My Favorite Stamp Set, and then wrapped this panel with raffia around a LID Glassine Envelope! Inside the envelope I tucked in a gift card. This presentation also features die cut leaves from Frames & Flowers, and a felt flower made with the previously released LID Fringed Flower Die.

I seriously loved this release, but then again, I love everything LID! I hope you enjoyed the release and hop too!

Your next stop is Kristen! Don't forget to comment along the hops, as there are three $15 gift certificates up for grabs to the Lil' Inker Designs Store!

My fun and cute card today features the amazing Frames & Flowers Die Set (what a value!!)along with the super cute and creative stamp set called Smart Cookie. This set would be perfect for the upcoming Graduation Season! I also used the LID Exclusive Stitched Circles Die Set. Just a fun little card that is perfect for one of my two sons to encourage them to continue to do their best!

LID:: April Release Day 1

Woohoo! It's Day One of the Lil' Inker Designs April Release. As usual, we have a fabulous hop for you. You should have arrived from Jen's Blog!

My first project features three of the new releases! I first created a wonderfully clean and simple textured background using the Quilted Stitched Pattern Die from white cardstock. I then die cut an orange panel from a previously released product, On the Diagonal Die, and stamped a custom greeting from the new set, Quick Notes. I then created an arrangement of brightly colored and absolutely fun flowers from the new Frames & Flowers Die Set!

This next card features the new die, Fold Out Star Die, in an unconventional way. First, I stamped an embossed a row of stars from the Quick Notes Set onto blue cardstock and then stamped my custom greeting, also from the Quick Notes Set. I then die cut twice-once from patterned paper and once from solid cardstock and trimmed the row of stars to fit my clean and simple card. This die is super cute to create a folded and shaped greeting, but I wanted to showcase another way to use it too!

May Arts:: Lawn Fawn

May Arts has teamed up with Lawn Fawn this week! I've got two projects to share and there is tons more of information on the May Arts Blog-of course there are prizes too so please be sure to check out the details over there!

This first card features the ever chic May Arts Raffia in Champagne. I simply adhered strips onto cardstock and die-cut. I then embellished with the cute Lawn Fawn fox, log and some of their patterned paper.

This next card is for the girls! It features a strip of May Arts Wrinkle Ribbon in Olive tied in a double bow, along with a strip of the Mini Pom Poms in Olive! I've fussy cut the Lawn Fawn fawn and added a stamped panel and some of their patterned paper.

Please be sure to stop by the May Arts Blog and Lawn Fawn Blog, you wouldn't want to pass up your chance to win free spools and stamps! Here's the May Arts hop order for the past few days...
