Bringing the Cheer Challenge!: Week 1

A couple of friends that I've virtually met through this wonderful crafting community invited me to join in on a new challenge! Kelly, Amy and I are teaming together every Sunday in July to bring some holiday cheer!

For Week One, we are inviting you to create a holiday project from non-holiday based products. 

To enter, upload your photo on your Instagram page and use the hashtag #bringingthecheer2020 so we can find it! We will randomly draw two participants to win $15 each to their favorite online crafty store on August 2, 2020. (Although not required, we would really appreciate it if you follow our Instagram accounts for more inspiration at @kelbertram @amypeach1978 and @kmskerve)

For my holiday card today, I am featuring some Catherine Pooler Designs products (which are on sale through the end of the evening, too!) I started by dry embossing the Adore Die onto kraft cardstock, splattering with white paint for some snow. This panel was adhered to a white cardstock base. I then stamped the beautiful wreath from Sweet Home Wreath in Sage and Spruce Inks. The florals and berries from Sweet Home Wreath were stamped in Polished and Berries in Peppermint Scrub, respectively. Each element was die cut with the coordinating Sweet Home Wreath Dies.

I finished the card with some gold Nuvo drop embellishments, and a gold, heat embossed sentiment from a retired Catherine Pooler set called For Everything. I am so happy that I pulled out this wreath stamp set again, I always have a holiday wreath hanging on my door during the holidays and I'd really love one that looks like this!
