Take Those Dreams

Caterpillar in the tree
How you wonder who you'll be
Can't go far but you can always dream
Wish you may and wish you might
Don't you worry, hold on tight
I promise you there will come a day
Butterfly fly away, butterfly fly away, butterfly fly away
Flap your wings now you can't stay
Take those dreams and make them all come true.
~Written by Glen Ballard and Alan Sivestri

I'm joining in on two great challenges this week, the first being the color story from The Play Date Cafe and the second the sketch challenge available at The Craft's Meow. The little butterfly girl stamp from The Craft's Meow gets me every time thinking of the curiosity and imagination my sisters and I had growing up, as well as how we would put all their faith into knowing a dream could come true when blew those dandelion weeds off the stem. Some days I do not think much has changed...

Supplies:
Cardstock: (Natural White, Night of Navy) SU
Patterned Paper: (Curio Collection) Basic Grey
Stamps: (Butterfly Kisses) The Craft's Meow
Ink: (Purple, Blue Pigment Ink) SU, (Distress Ink) Ranger
Fibers: (Crocheted Lace, Natural Burlap String) May Arts
Tools: (Scalloped Circles Nestabilities) Spellbinders, (Damask Impression Plate) PTI, (Tag Punch) McGill
Other: (Markers) Copic
