If you are new to CP Inks, this is a great time to try them out.  If you've been getting inky with us for a while, maybe there are a few colors you're missing or maybe you need to stock up on refills.

My card today showcases some more techniques that are perfect for Catherine Pooler Designs ink.

The first: Direct to paper technique to create custom cardstock every single time. I did this with the card base to create the bright pink cardbase from white cardsock, and to quickly color the flamingo as well.

The second: Ink blend over stencils. I created a background using a stencil where I applied ink right over the stencil onto the paper on the top and bottom of the panel, and then ink blended with a brush in the middle. The third use of the inks and stencil was to spray the stencil with water after inking and applied that to the background for a soft, fuzzy look to create even more dimension.

The qualities of these inks are just outstanding. They truly are the best inks on the planet!
