The Ribbon Resource:: Tassel Bags

I have acquired an influx of small, decorative bags and decided that they were in need of a makeover. (The bags come from Ipsy, the make-up subscription? I love Ipsy-it's a little treat I give to myself, just me!) The right amount and style of ribbon available at The Ribbon Resource was just the ticket to take the bags from ordinary to extraordinary by making custom "tassel pulls".
