LID:: April 2017 Release:: Day 1

Today is the first of three days of the Lil' Inker Designs April 2017 Release Showcase...I do think this is one of my favorite releases to day! Once again, we have a fabulous hop for you featuring new stamps and dies perfect for spring and really, every day! If you are following the hop, you should have arrived from the ever so talented Jessica's Blog! (Visit the Lil' Inker Design's Blog for the full link up.)

My first project features the ever so gorgeous Wreath of Roses Stamp Set and coordinating Wreath of Roses Die Set. I started by stamping the pretty wreath onto watercolor paper and loosely coloring with watercolor, then coating with some shimmer and selective glossy accents.

I adhered this to a cardstock base and finished with a sentiment cut from Wreath of Roses Die Set and a few black pearls.

This next card also features a snipet of the Wreath of Roses Stamp Set and coordinating Wreath of Roses Die Set, but the leading role belongs to the new Pretty Painted Alpha Stamp Set and Pretty Painted Alpha Die Set. I stamped in gold ink and die cut the "Congrats" with these which were bordered on a black piece of cardstock. I then die cut the golden rays from an older die, Wrapper's Delight: Sunburst Die, and adhered that to a white cardstock base and topped with a gold stamped Wreath of Roses. I finished with a sentiment from Go Confidently,
also a previously released product.

Here's a look at the new release products showcased in my two projects today:

It is with pleasure that I get to send you to the talented Lisa Henke's Blog as the next stop along the hop. I hope you get a chance to visit the Lil' Inker Design Store now as all the NEW APRIL 2017 RELEASE products are already up at the store!

Don't forget to leave a unique comment along the each of the stops on the hop! Laura, the amazing owner, has decided to up the ante and graciously giveaway the ENTIRE release to one lucky commenter! (Details are in the image).
