Lil' Inker Designs:: May 2019 Release:: Day 1

Today is the first of three days of the Lil' Inker Designs May 2019 Release Showcase... Once again, we have a fabulous hop for you featuring new stamps and dies. This release from Lil' Inker Designs has both a tropical and butterfly vibe and is absolutely fabulous! My first project features the uber cool and trendy Pineapple Shaker Die Set, along with the fun Think Happy Thoughts Stamps and Hawaiian Word Dies. To create the card, I die cut the three pieces of the the  Pineapple Shaker Die Set and colored them with inks. I then created my card base and did some inking and splattering, adding some flowers from the Think Happy Thoughts Stamps for some interest and fun. I finished the card with the Mahalo word, one of two words from the Hawaiian Word Dies.

My next project is as sweet and as encouraging as can be, not to mention a breeze to make! I started by choosing some sky blue cardstock for my base and embossed it with the previously released Cover Up Die: Swirls. I then created a framed feature panel from the classic Stitched Mats: Rectangles. Onto the white panel, I stamped one of the beautiful butterflies from the new Spread Your Wings Stamp Set. I colored the butterfly with markers and stamped a sentiment, also from Spread Your Wings Stamp Set.
