StampNation Summer Splash

Catherine Pooler has a summer card challenge going on over at StampNation! I'm the host for Week Four.

I wanted to showcase the card here on my personal blog today because I love the card I created! The blue "ocean" is made of tissue paper that was watercolored with ink and dried, adhered behind a cardstock frame. Before placing the frame onto the card, I added some sequins to mimic bubbles.
