Peppermint Presents

 There have been some amazing projects being created from Catherine Pooler Designs latest release, This Christmas Collection. I adore how the car stacked with presents can make for a cute and simple holiday card.

I started this card by stamping an Ultra Smooth White Cardstock base with the Candy Cane Background Stamp in Cranberry Fizz Ink. I then die cut a fun panel with such a cute dot detail from the Scallop & Dot Dies. I then stamped onto black paper and white heat embossed the cool car from Wrapped and Ready and die cut it with the corresponding Wrapped and Ready Dies.

Before adhering the car to the panel, I stuck an Action Wobble Spring on the back, so that the car wiggles as it moves "down the road." I finished the card with a white heat embossed stamped sentiment the from the Santa Approved Stamp Set onto a strip colored with Cranberry Fizz Ink.

It is so much fun to pull this out of an envelope and see the car wiggle and wobble!
