Catherine Pooler Designs:: Peeking Pets

Oh goodness, today is so much because the cute Peeking Pets Stamp Set from the upcoming Peeking Pets Bundle in the Let's Party Collection (the next release from Catherine Pooler Designs!) is debuting today. This collection is all about celebrating, birthdays, momentous occasions, and having fun! As always, there are a few bundles to choose from too. The collection will be available Wednesday, June 17th at 9am EST (there is early ordering for StampNation Members!)

This is one of my favorite cards I created with the Peeking Pets Bundle and it was super easy to make! I started with I started with a nice, smooth cardstock base made with Ultra Smooth White Cardstock. I stamped one of the dogs from Peeking Pets Stamp Set slightly above the middle of the card in Midnight Ink, then drew some lines around it with a Copic marker, kind of like the puppy was peeking through blinds in a window.

To bring up the cuteness a notch, I added some glasses die cut from the Pet Spec Dies, which were designed to fit perfectly on each of the animals from Peeking Pets. Before adhering the specs, I covered the paper in Orange Twist Ink, which is what I did with the sentiment as well, created from the My Bad Sentiment Dies. I finished the card with a few orange Nuvo Drops.

I think this would be so much fun to do in other complimentary colors like Yellow and Purple, and use the different dogs and cats from Peeking Pets.
